Individual counselling/ psychotherapy with adult clients
I offer individual counselling/psychotherapy sessions online depending on availability and comfort of both the therapist and the client. Each session is for 45-60 mins. It is recommended that the frequency of the sessions be once in 7-10 days when we start initially to main continuity between sessions and allow us to build the relationship. As we understand and work on the goals you set, we can taper off sessions as and when required.
I use an integrated approach, drawing from cognitive, humanistic, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based therapies. I believe that no two people are the same and therefore no two people will require the same approach.
